Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology (A.K.) is method of diagnosis and treatment that is used by medical doctors, dentists, chiropractors, and other health care professionals.

A.K. doctors evaluate structural, chemical, and emotional aspects of health through the use of manual muscle testing and other standard methods of diagnosis.

AK unifies the core elements of chiropractic, acupuncture, osteopathic cranial techniques, and traditional medicine, thereby offering a more unified approach to the diagnosis and treatment of functional illness.

About Dr. Robert Morrison

Dr. Robert Morrison is the official chiropractor for the Broadway show "Hamilton." He graduated from Western States Chiropractic College (WSCC) in Portland, Oregon in 2001. In the same year he relocated to Italy where he gained experience treating thousands of patients in both private practice and in health care facilities throughout the country. By 2009, Dr. Morrison achieved Diplomate status in Applied Kinesiology (D.I.B.A.K.) and became president of the Italian chapter (ICAK Italia).

During his tenure he earned acclaim as an international lecturer and published the authoritative textbook "Applied Kinesiology Manual Muscle Testing." Shortly after, Dr. Morrison became a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutritionists (D.A.C.B.N.). In 2014, after 12 years in Europe, Dr. Morrison returned to his hometown New York City where he currently resides and practices.
